Case 1
Paul contacted The Compensation Company for advice on an injury he had suffered whilst in his local supermarket.

Case 3
Claire badly cut her leg when she was involved in a car crash.
Claire, then aged 16, was left with a permanent six-centimetre scar after her leg became infected. Initially the insurance company involved offered Claire just £750 compensation, which her father thought was unfair.
Her father was put in touch with a local specialist personal injury lawyer.
The specialist agreed that the insurance company's offer was derisory, and was able to negotiate an increase of the offer to £1,500.
